Ideal, clean place with welcoming staff at all times. Quick check-in, great and excellent location so close to the airport in Merida, and the Plaza Grande. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Tasty food for an American breakfast. A nice size and well-equipped room with private bathroom and climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. Reasonably priced location with views of garden really close to the center, and the garden.

The place was clean with free parking and a comfortable bed. Well-equipped room, brand-new, had a big size bathroom. The staff were always attentive and respectful all the time. The location was reasonably priced and convenient in a downtown area, right by the airport which is maybe 2.5-3 miles away, the restaurant inside, and the town centre. Also, Zoological Park of Centenario was 2 miles away from the hotel...

I had a very good stay at this low cost hotel. The location was marvellous, adjacent to the airport and the car rental offices, and town center. It also was in the evening the restaurant inside was open again.

The location was reasonably priced and the free parking was on site. Also, the area was downtown. I had tastefully decorated standard twin room with the garden, balconies plus a mini-fridge: D

A quiet area, unbeatable and magnificent location adjacent to an industrial area close to the airport and the airport, gas station and supermarkets around. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Museo de Historia Natural. Good-sized hotel unit with a view to the garden. Had good a laptop-compatible safe, an iron and a multi-channel TV.

The venue was in a central location short walk to the restaurant and bar, an airport and the Merida's downtown. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. Clean hotel in a lovely building next to the Plaza Grande in Merida Centro as well as the airport, gas station and supermarkets. Very very helpful staff members at all times, well-equipped rooms. Easy check in, good prices. Good facilities, parking on site. Unbeatable magnificent location, on a covered pathway.

Excellent food and service, near the airport for convenience, clean pool and grounds, current renovations done respectfully without disturbance.

Great stay one problem left wake up call and they never made the wake up call, could have been problem as I was to fly out early morning

Very nice staff. The Inn was being remodelled when we were there. The rooms are clean, the swimming pool super. Beds are very hard and there is noise at the reception (people speaking loud late in the night). But with earplugs, a very good option if you have a flight from/to Merida late in the night of in the early morning.

We had a lovely view of the garden from our window and the breakfast included a variety of delicious meals.

This was a VERY VERY GOOD stay for the night before heading to the airport the next morning. Our room was a nice size with private bathroom, it faced garden. A drier, guest toiletries, and bath sheets were very handy. The pool area was clean and the location was reasonably priced and comfy, next to outside restaurant as well as the airport, gas station and supermarkets around. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our stay here.
